Here's what each week of the series will entail:

Week 1: Restorative Yoga for Relaxation-
Experience the deeply relaxing practice of restorative yoga, using props to support the body in passive poses that promote deep relaxation and stress relief.

Week 2: Self Massage for Tension Release-
Learn self-massage techniques to release tension and tightness held within the body, promoting relaxation and enhancing overall well-being.

Week 3: Body Scans for Deep Relaxation-
Explore the practice of body scans, a mindfulness technique that involves bringing focused attention to different parts of the body. Cultivate awareness of bodily sensations promoting deep relaxation and inner calm.

Week 4: Progressive Muscle Relaxation-
Discover the practice of progressive muscle relaxation, a systematic technique for releasing tension from the body. Learn to sequentially tense and release different muscle groups, promoting physical relaxation and stress reduction.

Week 5: Visualization for Relaxation and Renewal-
Harness the power of visualization to promote relaxation and renewal, using guided imagery to create a sanctuary of serenity within the mind.

Week 6: Yoga Nidra for Inner Peace-
Cultivate inner peace and tranquility through guided meditation practices, helping you to quiet the mind, reduce, stress, and connect with your inner wisdom.

Week 7: Reiki Energy Healing-
Experience the gentle, healing energy of Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction, and relaxation promoting balance and harmony in body, mind, and spirit.

At the end of each session there will be a short journaling component. Sessions 1-6 are 90 minutes. Session 7 is 2 hours.
